• Not be currently married (unless legally separated/divorced)
• Have a valid Indian phone number
• Create only one account per person
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must register with a valid phone number
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Profile Information

• All profile information must be accurate and not misleading
• You must only create a profile for yourself (not on behalf of others without consent)
• Profile photos must be recent and clearly show your face
• False or misleading information may result in account termination

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 You Agree To:

• Use the platform solely for finding a life partner
• Treat other users with respect and dignity
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
• Keep your contact information private until you choose to share it

4.2 You Must Not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or obscene content
• Upload photos that are not yours or contain nudity
• Share false information about yourself or others
• Impersonate another person
• Use the platform for commercial purposes or solicitation
• Collect personal information of other users without consent
• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Share your login credentials with others

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Premium Features

Premium subscription provides additional features such as unlimited contact views, priority visibility, and advanced search filters. Features may vary by plan.

5.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscription begins immediately upon successful payment
• Prices are subject to change with notice

5.3 Refund Policy

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
• No refunds for unused portions of subscriptions
• If you experience technical issues, contact support within 7 days
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, profile information). By uploading content, you grant MyVaran a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

6.2 Content Guidelines

• Photos must be appropriate and not contain nudity or violence
• Content must not infringe on third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines
• Photos will be watermarked with "MyVaran.com" to prevent misuse

7. Safety & Verification

While we take measures to verify users through phone verification, we cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of all users. We recommend:

• Verify the identity of users before meeting in person
• Meet in public places for initial meetings
• Inform family or friends about your meetings
• Never share financial information with other users
• Report suspicious behavior immediately

8. Account Termination

8.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Receive multiple complaints from other users

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Guarantee of Results

MyVaran is a platform to facilitate connections. We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match or that any match will result in marriage.

9.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure.

9.3 User Interactions

MyVaran is not responsible for the conduct of any user. You interact with other users at your own risk. We encourage you to exercise caution and good judgment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVaran shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Actions or conduct of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or technical failures

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyVaran harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

The MyVaran name, logo, and all related trademarks, graphics, and service marks are the property of MyVaran. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to Terms
